Shipping policy
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

Choose from standard or expedited shipping at checkout. Costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed for your convenience.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries! Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase are also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as: custom products, special orders or personalized items and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 days reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
